Maddie Lane is dedicated to reimagining the traditional French madeleine. We create madeleine towers designed as statement pieces for weddings and celebrations, with more handcrafted products to come. It’s a simple idea built from a love of French patisserie and a desire to bring a modern touch to a classic favourite.
We are a Melbourne-based business and currently accept orders within a 1.5-hour radius of the metropolitan area.
Our towers are a striking display of signature French madeleines, carefully arranged into a tall, sculptural centerpiece. It’s a beautiful (and delicious) alternative to a traditional cake, perfect for weddings, celebrations, or any occasion that calls for something a little special.
Not sure which madeleine flavour you’ll like best before placing an order? We can come to you! At your tasting, you’ll get to try a few of our madeleines, and once you find your favourite, we’ll use that one to build your tower.
Each flavour is made fresh, so if you’d like to sample more than one, we whip up a batch of filling for each to make sure you get the full experience.
Our current flavours include:
Crème Anglaise (custard), Lemon Curd, Chocolate Ganache, Pistachio, Tiramisu Crème, Raspberry, Fig & Almond (unfilled), and Passionfruit Crème.
We customise each madeleine tower as closely as possible to the vision you have for your celebration. While we offer a curated range of signature flavours, chocolate coatings, and styling options, we’re always open to your ideas.
